Delivery Throughout New Zealand
iTechTools delivers to all regions across New Zealand. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on your order’s total weight, dimensions, and distance from our Auckland warehouse to your delivery address.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on: product weight and dimensions (we use volumetric weight where applicable), and the distance to your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. A 15% GST is included in all prices shown.
Estimated Delivery Times
Auckland Metro: 1-2 business days. North Island (other regions): 2-3 business days. South Island: 3-5 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days. These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
