Product Warranty
All products sold by iTechTools come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation included with your purchase for specific warranty terms.
New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
In addition to manufacturer warranties, iTechTools products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes: manufacturing defects, component failures under normal operating conditions, and electrical or mechanical faults that are not caused by misuse.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect; normal wear and tear; damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses; modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorised service provider.
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@itechtools.co.nz or call 0800 483 248. Please have your proof of purchase ready. We will assess your claim and advise whether to return the product for inspection, repair, or replacement.
